"He's so small..."
"The doctor said he's healthy, Patty. Nothing to worry about," Tom King assured his wife. "He might wind up small being preemie, but we'll love him just as much as if he was normal sized."
"Our Tiny Tim..."

"Okay, children! Line up by height!"
Mrs. Halsted helped ease the fifth graders in order, almost automatically steering Tim towards the end.
"Um, Mrs. Halsted?"
She looked at the line up in front of her to find that Tiny Tim King was at least four inches taller than the boy next to him.
"Goodness! I guess you've grown, little man!"
+
Colby almost fell off his chair laughing.
"Get out!"
"Dude, you cannot be serious!" David marveled at Tim, shaking his head. "You're taller than all of us!"
"And you're at least one weight class up in sports if not two," Don added, grinning as the waitress put down fresh beers in front of all of them.
"Swear to god," Tim told them. "Only nickname I've ever had in my life is Tiny Tim."
"Time to change that tradition," Megan purred teasingly. She got up and walked around the table, holding out her hand to Tim. "Want to dance, Big Guy?"
"My pleasure," he said with a nod, rising. At the chorus of protests and cat calls that followed from the rest of the team as Megan led him to the dance floor, Tim just turned back with a smirk. "Hey, it's good to be King!"
